This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for his act of willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 03.01.2024 in W.P.No.10592 of 2020.

The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has issued Proceedings dated 04.10.2025 in compliance of the order dated 03.01.2024 passed in W.P. No. 10592 of 2020. It is learnt that the petitioner's representation claiming Grade Pay of Rs.2,800/- w.e.f. 27.08.2014 has been considered and found not in order and hence, it is disposed off. A copy of the proceedings has been served on the petitioners. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the order, they are at liberty to challenge the same.

As the order has been complied, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
