(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to submit no-due certificate to the respondent to comply with the directions of this Court.

2. The petitioner has not produced the no-due certificate. That being the case, the respondent has not committed any wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court. However, on production of such no-due certificate by the petitioner, the respondent is bound to implement the order passed in the Writ Appeal.
