This petition is filed seeking to amend the village name of the third respondent/Village Administrative Officer in the affidavit, petitioner and the order dated 05.06.2024 in the above writ petition by incorporating Kelapuliyur South Village instead of Periyavenmani (West).

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to typographical error, the above error has been crept in. Hence, seeks this Court for the above relief.

3. Considering the fact that it is only a clerical error and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered accordingly.
