This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register case on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.07.2022 and file final report.

2. It is seen that the petitioner has lodged complaint before the respondents on 17.07.2022 and the same is still pending without any progress.

In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing notice to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
