2. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that Substituted Service may be ordered to the 3rd respondent/4th defendant by way of publication in one issue of Malai Malar.

3. Heard both sides.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of this application, this application is allowed .

5. The applicant is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Malai Malar" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 15.09.2023.

6 List the main suit before this court on 15.09.2023.
