ORDER

The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.76 of 2021 pending on the file of Sub-Court, Tiruchengode to Sub Court, Rasipuram.

2. The transfer is sought for mainly on the ground convenience and on the ground that the respondent/husband, a native of Tiruchengode is attending all hearings along with a group of people. It is stated that the petitioner and her parents who accompany her feel unsafe in their presence. The respondent husband, though served, has not chosen to appear in person or through counsel duly instructed.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the Tr.CMP is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.76 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Tiruchengode and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
