2.This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 218 days in representing the C.M.P.No.5804 of 2018. According to the petitioner, due to her old age, she did not give instructions to her counsel and hence, there was a delay in 218 days in C.M.P.No.5804 of 2018. It appears the reasons stated by the petitioner are acceptable and hence this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
