O R D E R

The petitioner seeks direction for early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.46 of 2017.

2. It is seen from the print out from the E-Court website that the suit 1/4

of the year 2017 is being adjourned on the ground of pendency of interlocutory applications. Earlier the suit was stayed by this Court pending Revision questioning the admission of the document. Thereafter, the application under Order VII Rule 11 seems to have been filed on the very same ground that the suit is barred by law. It is seen that there is a clear attempt to delay further proceedings in the suit.

3. In view of the above the trial Court is directed to dispose of the applications as well as the suit within a period of eight (8) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
