ORDER

The order dated 11.01.2023 passed in W.P.No.909 of 2023 has been complied with as the representation of the petitioner has been considered by the respondents by passing final order dated 23.07.2023. As seen from the final order dated 23.07.2023, the respondents have expressed their difficulty to give compassionate appointment to the petitioner since other persons are waiting in the queue and as on date there is no vacancy. Since the order of this Court dated 11.01.2023 passed in W.P.No.909 of 2023 has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition is closed.
