These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed seeking to condone the delay of 642 days in preferring these Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.

2. Since the first respondent remained absent before the Tribunal and was set exparte, issuance of notice to the first respondent is dispensed with.

3. No representation for the second respondent.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 642 days in preferring the above appeals are condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeals, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course.
