Heard Mr.S.Srinivasan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.R.Anitha, learned Special Government Pleader for respondents 2 and 3.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 120 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.1650/- (Rupees One Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty Only).

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 120 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.1650/- (Rupees One Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty Only) is condoned.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed and is disposed of.

List the writ appeal on 08.11.2023 along with W.A.No.1568 of 2022.
