In a proposed suit seeking a declaration that sale deed dated 30.08.2019 is void and seeking further relief relating thereto, the intending plaintiff has sought leave to sue the fifth and sixth respondents before this Court. 2. Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of this application, it appears that a substantial part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to sue the fifth and sixth respondents before this Court. Consequently, the Registry is directed to number the plaint, if otherwise in order.
