Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Revision Case is filed under Section 438 r/w 442 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 to call for the records culminating in Crl.M.P.No.616 of 2025 in Cr.No.268 of 2024 on the file of Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore vide order dated 15.04.2025, set aside the same and modify the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(1) of the said order.

O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case has been preferred as against the order dated 15.04.2025 passed by the learned Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore in Crl.M.P.No.616 of 2025 thereby giving interim custody of the vehicle to the petitioner with certain conditions.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. This Court perused the order dated 15.04.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.616 of 2025 and finds no grounds to interfere with the conditions imposed by the trial court for granting interim custody of the vehicle.
