By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The present writ petition is filed challenging the order dated 13.05.2025, rejecting the petitioner's request to include her name in Patta No.409 dated 23.4.2025 in terms of the Settlement Memo and award passed by the Lok Adalat organized by District Legal Services Authority, Ariyalur in LAC No.219/2018 dated 14.09.2018.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order does not assign any reason and it was served by way of a SMS.

4. At the outset, it is submitted by Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents that petitioner would be heard and speaking order would be passed, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.

5. In view thereof, the impugned order is set aside. The second respondent shall consider the petitioner's request to include her name in Patta No.409 dated 23.4.2025 in terms of the Settlement Memo and order passed by the Lok Adalat in 2/5

LAC No.219/2018 dated 14.09.2018, afford an opportunity of hearing and pass a speaking order.

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law. Rights and contentions of the petitioner and all other interested parties are left open.
