Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.7.2016 and return the original community certificate of the petitioner's sons and daughter to the petitioner. This Writ Petition has been filed, praying to direct respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.7.2016 and return the original community certificate of the petitioner's sons and daughter to the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate.

3. According to the petitioner, he belongs to Schedule Tribe and he made an application for issuance of community certificates to his sons and daughter, which was considered and issued certificates by the 3rd respondent. Thereafter, it appears that the 3rd respondent called for the certificates for verification and the petitioner has also handed over the certificates. However, the 3rd respondent has not returned the certificates despite several representations made by the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition.

4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents would submit that the enquiry is going on and immediately on completion of the enquiry, all the original certificates submitted by the petitioner would be returned to the petitioner.

5. Recording the statement made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondents 2 and 3, to return the Original Certificates to the petitioner, immediately after completion of the enquiry. No costs.

Consequently, connected WMP is closed.
