This petition has been filed seeking to suspend the conviction and sentences imposed on the petitioners made in Special SC.No.61 of 2020 dated 25.04.2024 on the file of Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this petition. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
