On 19.08.2025, final orders were passed in the above Writ Appeal, directing the Transport Corporation to deposit the balance Provident Fund amount of Rs.1,12,263/- to the credit of C.P.No.1 of 2018, on the file of the Labour Court, Cuddalore.

2.Today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant has filed a Memo of compliance dated 14.10.2025, stating that the said amount of Rs.1,12,263/- was deposited before the Labour Court, through a cheque bearing No.681790, dated 13.10.2025. The Memo is hereby recorded.

3.In view of the above deposit, no further orders are required.
