ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners and interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioners and one Dr.Elangovan Vedagiri and Amutha in O.S.No.78 of 2013 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Attur.

2.It is the case of the petitioners that as against the petitioners and others, one Dr.Elangovan Vedagiri and another filed a suit in O.S.No.78 of 2013, before the District Munsif Court, Attur, praying for declaration, direction and permanent injunction. Pending the suit, the petitioners and three other https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

private parties filed a revision petition in CRP (PD) No.4749 of 2015 against the said suit. Considering the averments made in the revision petition, this Court has granted interim stay of all further proceedings in O.S.No.78/2013, by order dated 04.02.2016. Despite the same, the respondents are unnecessarily harassing the petitioners. Therefore, the petitioners are before this Court with the present petition for the aforesaid relief. 3.Learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that no case was registered against the petitioners and there was no harassment caused by the respondents, as alleged by the petitioners. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the petitioners are not required for enquiry presently. 4.Recording the submissions so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
