ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 03.08.2021 passed in W.M.P.No.16992 of 2021 in W.P.No.16070 of 2021.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that in view of the order of 2/4

this Court dated 03.08.2021, the respondent authorities have not granted leasehold right to anybody and hence, no contempt arises against them.

3. Opposing the aforesaid submission made on the side of the respondents, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that despite the repeated representations submitted by the petitioner, there are illegal fishing taken place and the respondents have not taken any action in this regard, till date.

4. Recording the above submissions made by the leaned counsel on either side, this contempt petition stands closed, with a direction to respondent authorities, to dispose of the petitioner's representations, if any, pending on their file, on merits.
