Prayer in both W.P.'s:- These Writ Petitions are filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 1st Respondent in ITBA/COM/F/17/2023-24/1054540857(1) and quash the impugned order dated 24.07.2023 passed by the 1st Respondent and subsequently direct the 4th Respondent to strike the name of the 1st Respondent from the encumbrance certificate with respect of the immovable property situated at Plot No.15, "Thai Alamelumangai Nagar-Extension" in all of an extent of about 1003 sq.ft. earlier comprised in Survey No.156/8A1A1A1(part) situated in Pallakazhani Village, Avadi Taluk, Thiruvallur District as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.
