This contempt petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 01.08.2019 made in W.M.P.No.22184 of 2019 in W.P.No.22696 of 2019. 2.

Contempt Petition No.1367 of 2019 submit that vacate stay petition was filed dated 29.08.2019 in W.M.P.No.25157 of 2019 and thereafter, contempt application was filed. Hence, the contempt petition may be closed at present.

Post the vacate stay petition on 27.09.2019.
