The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation has not been completed and this court also ordered to appoint to investigating officer to conduct further investigation and to file the report within four weeks to that effect he relied the order of this court .

2. The learned counsel for the intervenor submits that as on date the order of this Court is not complied and the petitioner would not cooperate for the investigation.

3. On perusal of the order of this Court, this court ordered for further investigation and also directed to file final report within four weeks. Now, investigation is not yet completed. If entire conditions is relaxed there may be possibility for absconding. Hence, this Court is inclined to convert the interim anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner to regular anticipatory bail. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first Monday of every month for a period of five months excluding above condition other conditions remain unaltered. As the surety was already executed there is no necessity to execute the sureties.
