O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Villupuram in CMP.No.6891 of 2021 in CA.No.18 of 2021 dated 23.09.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while allowing the petition, the lower Court below in CMP.No.6891 of 2021 in CA.No.18 of 2021 dated 23.09.2021 the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner/appellant / accused ordered to be suspended only for two months from the date of 23.09.2021. Now, the time will lapse within 10 days. But till date, the case papers and records have not reach before the learned 3rd Additional Sessions Court, Kallakurichi. Hence, the present petition.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that he has no objection for modifying the condition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to extend the period by a further period of six months. All other conditions remain unaltered.
