The parties have placed before me a communication dated 14.09.2022 from Mr.Gautham Vasudev Menon to Mr.Vijayaraghavendra, Managing Partner of the applicant, which is agreed to and confirmed by Mr.Vijayaraghavendra by counter signing the communication. In the said communication, it is recorded that a sum of Rs.2,00,00,000/- was received as advance payment from All in Pictures and that Mr.Gautham Vasudev Menon had agreed for payment of a further sum of Rs.40,00,000/- to Mr.Yahiya of United India Exporters. Mr.Gautham Vasudev Menon has agreed to repay the said aggregate sum of Rs.2,40,00,000/- before the release of his directoral film Dhruva Natchatiram or before the release of any other movie directed or produced by him. Both parties state that the application may be disposed of as per the agreement recorded above.

2. Accordingly, O.A.No.607 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the communication dated 14.09.2022, which shall form an integral part thereof. Kal 24.11.2022 1/3
