The present petition has been filed seeking modification in the Sections shown in the order dated 13.09.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No.16616 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that subsequent to the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16616 of 2021 granting Anticipatory bail, the offence under Sections 174(3) of Cr.P.C which was altered into Section 306 of I.P.C was further altered as sections 306, 498(a), 304(B) of I.P.C. Therefore, he prays that this Court may amend the order altering the Sections as 306, 498(A) & 304(B) of I.P.C as well and issue fresh order copy.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for amending this said order.

4. In view of the above, the 1st para of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.16616 of 2021 stands altered as under:- "The petitioners who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 306, 498(A) & 304(B) of I.P.C in Crime No.404 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks Anticipatory bail."

5. Registry is directed to make the aforesaid amendment and issue a fresh order copy to the counsel for the parties. Time is extended by a further period of two weeks for execution of sureties from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
