Crl.M.P.No.12265 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11801 of 2022 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., This petition is filed to amend the CC number and name of the Court below in the prayer in Crl.O.P.No.11801 of 2022 and Crl.M.P.No.6690 of 2022 as "C.C.No.5152 of 2023 on the file of Sepcial Court dealing with CCB/CBCID, Egmore, Chennai 600 003" instead of "C.C.No.20 of 2022 on the file of Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Land Grabbing cases-II, Egmore, Chennai 600 003".

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the above miscellaneous petition and accordingly this petition is allowed.

3.Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment.
