This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before Inspector of Police, Tirupur Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8079 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9288 of 2023, dated 20.06.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner's wife is an Indian and he presently lives with his wife.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly till date. 4.Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Tirupur Town Police Station, once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m.,until further orders. sli 23.08.2023 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
