This petition has been filed to relax the condition that to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.7702 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9685/2023 dated 14.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
