[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to produce the body of the detenue namely, Priyadharshini, aged 17 years, D/o. Baskar, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. We are of the view that no further orders are required especially in view of the written instruction given by the Investigating Officer dated 19.09.2019 wherein it has been stated that the consent alleged to have been given by the detenue is without her knowledge and she is not willing to rejoin the petitioner. We have also perused the handwritten letter of the detenue which is in tune with the instruction given by the Investigating Officer. (M.M.S.,J.)
