This criminal original petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.123 of 2023 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent to any other investigation agency.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that there are two accused persons in this case. A2 had approached the Principal District Court, Coimbatore and anticipatory bail was granted in her favour. Insofar as A1 is concerned, he is absconding and all efforts are being taken to secure A1. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the investigation is being effectively conducted by the 3rd respondent. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to proceed further with the investigation 2/4

in an effective manner and complete the same and file a final report, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
