This civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 103 days in filing the CMA against judgment and decree 01.12.2021 and made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.54 of 2021 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Before the Special District Court to Deal with Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, No.1, Tiruvallur.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent.
3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.

It is made clear that the petitioners/appellants will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 103 days.
5. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
