This petition has been filed to modify the conditions imposed in paragraph 7(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders of the order dated 17.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11866 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, petitioner finds it difficult to travel from his place to the respondent police station and therefore, requests the condition may be modified that the petitioner may be directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, M1 Madhavaram Police Station.

3. In the said circumstances, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, M1 Madhavaram Police Station every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.
