2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crimimnal side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that they conducted petition enquiry against the petitioner and they have not harassed the petitioner and he also assures that the enquiry will be completed as early as possible in accordance with law.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advoc ate (Crl. side) for the respondent.
