JUDGMENT
(1) The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled out of Court. The learned counsel further submitted that the Second Appeal may be dismissed as withdrawn with a direction for refund of Court fee.
(2) Recording the submission made as well as the Memo dated 25.04.2022 by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Second Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn as the matter is settled out of Court. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
