ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, despite his genuine efforts, he is unable to get instructions from the petitioner and sought for adjournment.

2. However, considering the pendency of this Revision and the inability to get instruction from the petitioner, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the revision and therefore, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this Criminal Revision Case pending.
