This petition has been filed to amend the surrender Court as Special Judge for SC and ST cases /I Additional District Judge (PCR), Thanjavur instead of Special Judge for SC and ST cases / Principal District Judge, Thiruvarur in Crl OP No.14882 of 2023 dated 04.07.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and issue fresh order copy. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court within a period of ten days from today.
