(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks construction of NRG building in the Colony, which has a predominant Adi-Dravida community population, based on the Government Order dated 14.04.1980, which states that all public institutions to be newly opened should be started near the Adi-Dravida Colonies.

2. The petition is styled as public interest litigation. But the matter in issue relates to the administrative policy decision.

However, since the petitioner has made a representation on 08.08.2016, the same may be examined by the concerned authorities without giving further cause to approach this Court under public interest litigation jurisdiction. Needful be done within a period of one month of the receipt of the copy of this order.
