This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 115 days in representing the CMP.Sr.No.38784 of 2024 in A.S.No.851 of 2018.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent vehemently objects to the petition stating that the appellant had wantonly delayed, still the petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Petition, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

4. Accordingly, this C.M.P. is allowed.
