Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records relating to the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent in C.M.P.No.23/Drug Offender/2022(M1) dated 24.08.2022 against the petitioner Soundarya's husband the detenu Surya, aged 28 years, son of Chinnusamy, now confiend in Central Prison, Salem and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty. 2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 03.10.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.6560 Home, Prohibition and Page Nos.2/4

Excise (XIV) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
