WMP NO.3152 OF 2016 IN WP NO.3812 OF 2016 TSSJ Though the land acquisition proceedings, which were challenged by the petitioner father by filing WP No.18755 of 1996 was rejected by order dated 12.03.2004, the petitioner would state that is in possession of the property and still the Scheme has not been implemented. The attention of the court has been drawn to the impugned order made by the Special Thasildar, wherein it is stated that as on date, there are sugarcane crops in the land in question. The learned counsel for the respondents seeks time to file counter.

Till the writ petition is heard and disposed of finally, the status quo as on date, with regard to possession prevailing, shall be maintained.
