Ms.Geeta Ramaseshan, learned Counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner and Ms.D.Shobana Rani, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent are before this Court.

2.Learned Counsel appearing for the Revision Petitioner submits that G.W.O.P.No.122 of 2022 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mettur, was dismissed on December 04, 2024 and the Revision Petitioner has preferred a Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.No.929 of 2025. Hence, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition. She has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case file.
