This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10007 of 2023 dated 02.06.2023 to report before Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and draft charge sheet is ready.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10007 of 2023 dated 02.06.2023 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
