This petition is filed to condone the delay of 102 days in filing the above C.M.A.SR.No.100048 of 2022 filed against the award dated 28.01.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.70 of 2012 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Harur.

2.The 5th respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to 5th respondent is dispensed with.

3.Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has no objection for ordering this petition.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

5.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 102 days is condoned and this petition is ordered.
