This petition has been filed to relax the condition that petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7272 of 2023 dated 10.04.2023.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on 1st & 3rd Saturdays of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
