provisionally participate in the remaining recruitment/ allotment phases for postcode 3702 to the post of Senior Accountant in the Tamil Nadu Minerals Limited pending the issuance of final orders by the 2nd respondent. For Petitioner:

Mr.R.Bharanidharan for R1 Standing Counsel Mr.K.Sathish for R2 Government Advocate COMMON ORDER These two writ petitions have been filed, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to grant a reasonable extension of time to the petitioners to produce the Equivalence certificate in respect of their B.Com (Accounting and Finance) degree and to permit them to provisionally participate in the remaining stages of recruitment/ allotment phases for Post Code No.3702, pertaining to the post of Senior Accountant in the Tamil Nadu Minerals Limited, pending the issuance of final orders by the 2nd respondent.

2.The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, the 1st respondent herein has now issued an e-mail to the petitioners stating that their provisional selection would be kept withheld until the Equivalence Certificate is received. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed by way of this mail.

3.In view of the above development, these writ petitions are disposed of, taking into account the said e-mail issued by the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
