This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.16701 of 2023, dated 27.07.2023, in paragraph 5 (b) that the petitioner without prejudice to his defence shall deposit a non-refundable sum of Rs.25,000/- by way of demand draft to the Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund, Finance (CMPRF) Department as "the petitioner, without prejudice to his defence shall deposit a non-refundable sum of Rs.10,000/-" by way of demand draft to the Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund, Finance (CMPRF) Department.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is not able to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- and thus, he requests reduction of the deposit amount.

3.In the said circumstances, the condition is modified to the effect that instead of Rs.25,000/-, petitioner shall deposit, a nonrefundable sum of Rs.10,000/- by way of demand draft to the Chief Minister's Public Relief Fund, Finance (CMPRF) Department within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
