This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram, to dispose of the Case in PRC.No.1 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram, is directed to complete the committal process in PRC.No.1 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
