This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8863 of in Crl.O.P.No.23787 of 2023 dated 04.07.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for Puducherry submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly without any deviation.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
