This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police everyday at 10.30 am, for a period of four weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders, in Crl.OP.No.24287 of 2022 dated 18.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the charge sheet has been filed in this matter and the same was taken on file as CC.No.260 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Thiruvallur.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
