O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Petitioners seek direction to the 1st Respondent to take action on their representation and legal notice, dated 18.03.2019.

Inasmuch as the aforesaid representation and legal notice are pending consideration with the 3rd Respondent/Tahsildar, Ayanavaram, the said authority is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after due notice to the Petitioners and the alleged encroacher, viz. the 4th Respondent.

The Petitioner is directed to furnish another copy of the above said representation and legal notice dated 18.03.2019, to the 3rd Respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.29269 of 2019 is closed.
